What happens when an artwork is generated by a user?

Users can attempt to generate an artwork for free only once every 24h. If a generated artwork is not claimed (bought), it will disappear after 24h. When it is claimed, it will be listed as SOLD and moved into the owner's gallery, thus becoming publicly visible.

Are the artworks really unique?

Yes! We only manufacture one T-Shirt with any given artwork. Nobody else on the planet will have the same print!

What are member privilages?

What happens when someone scans the QR Code on my new AI-Caramba T-Shirt?

They will be led to the page of the artwork where they will find all the informatin about it: When it was painted, when it was sold, who owns it, what is its new title and how it looks in 3D.

What are "Gone"/"Disappeared" artworks?

Artworks which nobody claimed (bought) after 14 days end up in the graveyard. Once an artwork is gone, nobody will ever be able to have an official AI-Caramba T-Shirt with that unique artwork.

What are new/fresh, fire, sold, and missed artworks?

Our team of digital artists looks through each batch of artworks before we release them. Humans and AI working together, FTW!

Will I keep ownership of my artwork if someone scans the QR code on the inside of the T-Shirt?

Yes, as long as the person scanning it is doing so through their camera, as they would with any other regular QR Code.

What happens if I did not receive my order?

If your order goes missing, which is unlikely, we will get in touch and figure out the best coure of action. You will see an "Updates" section appear on your order details. In here, you will be able to keep up to date with the ongoing resolution process.

Does AI-Caramba suppoort re-selling of T-Shirts and/or artworks?

As of now, we do not provide any trading mechanisms within our platform. QR Code technology is for fun and the quirky behaviour it has does indeed open doors that we may or may not consider going through in the future.

Will AI-Caramba ship outside of Europe?

Yes! But not for now. We are still growing, and Europe is the perfect market for our product and size at the moment. Though, expect us in the rest of the world soon!

Can "dissapeared"/"gone" artworks be claimed?

As of today, artworks under this category are not obtainable anymore. We might consider adding special tickets that are granted randomly after an order is made. Said special ticket would unlock a certain artwork from the graveyard, but only for the user who won the ticket.
